Shipping and Returns

Weaponess offers free shipping on all items worldwide, with a few location and product restrictions. Orders are typically delivered in about 10 to 15 days internationally, though delivery times can vary by country and may be longer during Q4 holiday periods.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all items. To make that possible, some products in your order may ship separately.

We ship internationally to most locations unless a listing specifies otherwise. Shipping is not available to Turkey at this time. 

Orders are usually delivered within 10 to 15 days internationally, with an average delivery time of about 12 days. During Q4 and holiday periods, processing and shipping times may increase. That is normal and expected during peak season.

Returns and refunds

Refunds or replacements for physical product orders are available only when Weaponess is at fault, such as delivery failure, damaged product, or missing or incorrect items.

Order delays

If an order has no tracking information, remains pending or in transit, or exceeds the following timeframes, Weaponess may, at its discretion, resend the product or issue a refund:

  • 60 days from the shipping date for global orders.
  • 45 days for U.S. orders.
  • 110 days for Brazil orders.

Delivered orders

Refunds or replacements will not be processed if tracking shows the order was delivered.

If a package was not received, a non-delivery certificate from the carrier or postal authority is required.

Damaged products

If an item arrives damaged, a full refund or replacement may be issued.

You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery and include clear photo or video evidence showing the defect and how it affects the product’s function. Packaging damage alone does not qualify if the product itself is intact and working properly.

Incorrect or missing items

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, Weaponess may issue a full refund or replacement.

Please provide clear photo or video evidence within the applicable timeframe, including images of the item received, the original packaging, and the shipping label.

Order cancellation

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before processing or shipping, up to 12 hours after purchase.

Refund eligibility window

Refunds and replacements are only available if payment was made within the last 90 days. Orders older than 90 days are not eligible for refund or replacement, regardless of the issue.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.

How to request help

To report a shipping issue, damaged item, missing item, or incorrect order, email hello at weaponess.com with your order number and supporting photos or videos. For defective items, we may offer a refund or replacement after review, and in many cases returns are not required.
